Everything You Need to Know About Fright Nights 2025
Warner Bros. Movie World’s ultimate Halloween event, Fright Nights, returns in October 2025! This year has new mazes, returning fan-favourites, and terrifying live entertainment. Running across select nights from 4–31 October 2025, the event promises to push fear to new depths sporting the motto, The Terror Runs Deep.

Mazes
This year introduces two all-new Mazes alongside returning favourites.
- Eternal Dark (New): Explore the derelict spacecraft Eternal, where alien infection has twisted the crew into half-human horrors.
- Krypt of Kain (New): Descend into the basement of the Hotel of Horrors, where ritualistic evil festers in the Krypt of Kain.
- Circurse (Returning): Murderous clowns and twisted circus acts await inside the ruins of the Smile Time Circus.
- Hellship (Returning): Step inside the wreck of the Dark Star cruise liner, where the cursed Devil’s Heart ruby lures you closer to Hell.
- DCeased (Returning): Face Earth’s greatest heroes turned into monsters by the anti-life equation in this DC horror crossover.
Precincts
Fright Nights 2025 transforms Movie World into a series of themed scare zones, each with its own brand of chaos:
- Pain Street – Main Street becomes a nightmare ruled by ruthless enforcers, harsh lighting, and nightly shows.
- Carnival Creep Show – A twisted midway stalked by bloodthirsty clowns, leading into the Maze Hub.
- Containment Breach – The Wild West has fallen; the infected roam free as alarms blare and shadows move.
- Maze Hub – The gateway to four mazes, each darker than the last.
- Fright Central – The heart of the chaos with WB Horror Encounters and nightly live performances.
WB Horror Encounters
Step inside detailed horror sets and come face-to-face with icons of the genre:
- Pennywise – Enter the sewers of Derry and confront the Dancing Clown.
- Valak – The demonic nun stalks you with merciless intent.
- Regan – Witness the terrifying possession from The Exorcist up close.
- Crooked Man – A twisted figure that bends reality and perception.
Panic Rooms
For the ultimate test of nerves, escape rooms return- each $130 per group.
Entertainment
Expect live shows, fire, music, and pure chaos across Pain Street and the Main Stage:
- Beetlejuice Encounter (Pain Street) – Meet the “Ghost with the Most.”
- The Summoning (Pain Street) – The Gatekeeper rallies the horde.
- The Wrath – Live Band (Pain Street) – Hard rock energy to fuel the night.
- Rise of the Dead – DJ (Pain Street) – High-energy beats, but don’t let your guard down.
- Hellfire – Fire Show (Main Stage) – Death-defying pyrotechnics by Flux Entertainment.
Operating Rides
SUPERMAN ESCAPE: "Superman Escape is currently experiencing an unplanned closure. During this time, our team are working with the ride manufacturer in Europe to build, deliver and install the highest quality replacement parts." - Warner Bros. Movie World. We believe that this is similar to the closure that happened last year, read about it here. Wild West Falls is open as its replacement for this event.
